Server-Logfiles

The logfiles of the webserver contain the ip-adresse of the user, the time stamp and the requested ressource, as well as the ones of the referrer (links). They are provided by the request from the hoster. Besides the ip-adresses, they don’t contain any personal data. They are not connected to other data, that would be applicable to identify a visitor of the website. The logfiles are for a statistic analysis and optimization of the website, diagnostics and as the circumstances require, to clarify compromise of the website.

Agreement for contract data processing

As a customer of the 1&1 Internet SE, in some circumstances, we might store personal data on the 1&1 server. Therefore we contracted an agreement for data procession with 1&1 to legally secure according to Art. 28 GDPR.

You always have the right to request information about your stored data. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, or your data protection rights have been breached in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. The competent regulatory authority for matters related to data protection legislation in Austria is the data protection authority.  In Germany it’s the local competent authority data protection commissioner.
