Roll-It 1.0
Roll-It is a Cinema4D-Expression that makes objects roll. While version 0.9 has been an Xpresso node, this plugin is not even my first C++ plugin for Cinema4D, but it's my first C++ application at all (yes, i even skipped the "hello world"-part).
I hope you'll have fun with this plugin and maybe it'll be a little helper for your projects.
Regards,
Mark.

Installation
Simply copy the folder "RollIt" to Cinema4D's plugins directory and restart Cinema4D if necessary. You'll find the plugin under Tags / Roll-It in the object manager or with right-clicking an object in the object manager.
The expression creates a Roll-It-Tag for the selected object. Selecting this tag allows changing the expression's parameters in the attributes manager.

Introduction
You can download the plugin for free at the playground on eggtion.net: Roll-It.Roll-It is made up of three parts: Roll, Floor and Rotate, that can be used together or seperately. Further information subsequent to the introduction.
Tip: do not animate the Roll-It obeject itself, but a parent null object. Like that, the Roll-It object stays independent from e.g. position and rotation keys and won't get into trouble with them. FLOOR ist not working in combination with position keys directly on the the Roll-It object, because the position that FLOOR calculates is overwritten by the position keys.
You can key/animate nearly all Roll-It parameters and use Roll-It in your Xpresso setups, too.
